2 tilapia fillets (100 g/ each)
2 green onions, sliced (including green part)
2 tsp (10 mL) ginger, grated or finely minced
¼ tsp (1 mL) freshly grated black pepper

1 tsp (5 mL) extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp (5 mL) light soy sauce

½ tsp (2.5 mL) lemon juice
Directions:
- Place tilapia fillets in steamer basket over boiling water. Sprinkle sliced onion, minced ginger and freshly ground pepper over the tops of each fillet.
- Steam fillets for about 8 to 10 minutes or until they are opaque and flake easily with a fork.
- While the fillets are steaming mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice in a very small bowl. Heat in the microwave until just warm (only about 10 to 15 seconds).
- When fish is ready, use a spatula to transfer to serving plates. Drizzle warm sauce over fish and serve.
