Most diseases come with pain and often with complications. Not to mention the fact, that you significantly increase your risk of dying! People don’t get this. They eat the burgers and the fries and they say “it’s not going to happen to me!” Guess what? It will. What you eat today, impacts your risk of disease tomorrow, even if tomorrow means ten or twenty years from now. You don’t want to get sick! You really don’t! Eat healthy. Exercise daily.
