Is Sugar Evil Or Not?

According to a just released, special report in the Journal of the American Medical Association Internal Medicine, in the 1960’s, the sugar industry paid researchers to shift the spotlight from sugar to dietary fat as a major risk factor for heart disease.

Lesson Learned:

The sugar industry has played a major role in concealing important research on the health risks of sugar.  Consuming too much sugar is a risk factor for heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes, tooth decay and more.  Eating less sugar should be a priority for everyone.
